About

Neal first joined Muir-Chase in 2017, working in the warehouse over several summers during high school. He earned a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 2022. Following graduation, Neal gained two years of experience at a public CPA firm, specializing in financial reporting and compliance. He rejoined Muir-Chase in 2024 and was named Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, administrative operations, and insurance programs.
