About

Jay joined Muir-Chase in 1977, beginning his career in the field managing a wide range of plumbing projects. In 1986, he transitioned to the office as Head of Operations until 2020. Jay was named President in 2017 and led the company’s mentorship, personal development, and leadership for the future generation of the company until his retirement in 2025. He now serves as a consultant and Co-Chairman of the Board, continuing to provide strategic guidance and leadership.
