Formerly the Roosevelt Hotel was built in 1929. This project is in the downtown Financial District and within walking distance from LA Live just had its official ribbon cutting ceremony after being completely transformed into 223 luxury residential loft-style condominiums that feature single and multi-level units. The amenities include a rooftop pool, hot tub, spa, fitness center, and hydrotherapy rooms. The units range in size from 800 SF to 3,000 SF. Muir-Chase replaced all plumbing systems for the renovation.
