Muir-Chase Plumbing provided plumbing systems installation, medical gas systems, and BIM coordination for a multi-phase organ transplant facility expansion that included a new hospital addition, administrative tenant improvements, and parking structure. The project featured patient care and organ recovery spaces served by a new medical gas distribution system and dedicated exterior medical gas source yard. Muir-Chase worked closely with the project team to coordinate critical utility infrastructure, site drainage, domestic hot water recirculation systems, and manufacturer requirements for specialized medical gas equipment. Through detailed coordination and problem-solving, Muir-Chase successfully delivered the plumbing and medical gas systems necessary to support this state-of-the-art healthcare facility.
