The Wrapper Tower – Los Angeles, CA 

Muir-Chase Plumbing provided Design-Build plumbing services, plumbing systems installation, and BIM coordination for this new 16-story, 322,269 SF Class-A office tower located in Los Angeles. The 235-foot-tall building features a distinctive structural steel exoskeleton that creates large column-free floor plates and a unique architectural appearance. Muir-Chase worked closely with the architect and construction team to coordinate plumbing systems within the complex structural framework and accommodate seismic movement between the office tower and adjacent parking structure.
